Quality Control Officer

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Agriculture, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in poultry, chicken, meat processing, or food manufacturing factories.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SSOP, ISO 22000, and food safety systems.
Experience in quality inspections, audits, documentation, and CAPA implementation.
Good English communication and Microsoft Office skills.
Filipino nationality preferred.
Must be currently residing in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and inspect raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Conduct quality checks, hygiene inspections, and CCP monitoring.
Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain quality records and prepare reports.
Support internal/external audits and train employees on food safety requirements.
