Core responsibilities of GM would be:
1. Strategic Leadership
• Develop and implement business strategies, annual plans, and performance targets.

2. Operations Management
• Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Establish and enforce operational policies, Job descriptions, and quality standards.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure timely corrective actions where needed.
3. Financial Management
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and cost control measures.
• Review financial reports, analyze variances, and ensure profitability.
• Control operational costs with in the budget limits.
• Approve major expenditures and ensure compliance with financial policies.
4. Business Development & Client Relations
• Support sales and business development teams in achieving revenue targets as directed by top management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
5. Human Resources & Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate department heads and key staff.
• Ensure effective workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management.
• Promote a positive work culture, employee engagement, and professional development.
6. Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Oversee audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
7. Reporting & Governance
• Provide regular performance reports to the Board/CEO.
• Present business insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
