Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage financial records for our F&B business. The role requires excellent English communication skills for reporting and occasional client outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping:

Maintain accurate financial records, including sales, purchases, and expenses.
Reconcile bank statements, cash flow, and petty cash.
Prepare financial reports and summaries in clear English for management.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
Client Outreach:

Conduct occasional cold calls to potential clients or suppliers.
Support business development efforts by maintaining accurate logs of calls and leads.
Qualifications:

Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in F&B.
Strong command of English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Familiarity with accounting software.
Excellent organizational and numerical skills.
Confident in communicating with clients and colleagues.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive.
