We are hiring a Field Sales & Marketing Executive for our manpower supply company.
The candidate will be responsible for visiting industrial companies, warehouses, and factories to generate new business and collect manpower requirements.
Responsibilities:
Visit companies and industrial clients
Generate new leads and business opportunities
Collect manpower requirements (labour, forklift operators, technicians, etc.)
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up with existing clients
Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
Experience in sales/marketing (field work preferred)
Good communication skills
Own transportation preferred
Ability to visit industrial areas and meet clients
