QA-QC CIVIL ENGINEER

I am Farhan Hayat having 5 + years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer, site supervision and execution, documentation, site inspections, material inspection, infrastructure, road works, and compliance with industry standards, project specifications, Saudi Building Code (SBC), ACI, ASTM.

* Expertise in WIR, MIR, ITP preparation, Method Statements, and complete Quality Documentation.

* Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC), ASTM, ACI standards, and project specifications.

* Hands-on site supervision experience including earthworks, BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, subcontractor coordination, and compliance verification as per approved IFC drawings.

* Experienced in material inspection and testing (soil, concrete, reinforcement steel), WIR/MIR submissions,NCR management (issuance, root cause analysis, corrective & preventive actions).
