Site & Team ManagementResource
Allocation: Assign daily tasks to piping crews, welders, and pipefitters to maximize productivity.

Progress Monitoring: Track work schedules against project milestones and prepare daily progress reports

.Interface Coordination: Work with civil, electrical, and mechanical teams to prevent layout conflicts or scheduling bottlenecks.

Technical & Drawing Interpretation

Plan Review: Interpret complex Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), isometrics, and technical blueprints.

Technical Support: Guide the workforce on pipe fabrication, assembly, welding sequences, and support installations.

Material Verification: Ensure the correct materials, valves, and fittings are used according to specifications before installation begins.

HSE & Compliance

Safety Enforcement: Promote and maintain a strict safety culture, ensuring all teams wear proper PPE and adhere to site protocols.

Permit to Work (PTW): Prepare and manage safety permits for high-risk activities like hot work, confined space entry, or heavy lifting.

🔍 Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of pipe supports, hangers, valves, and bolt torquing to ensure accurate alignment.

Testing Oversight: Supervise pressure and hydro-testing procedures, and identify and resolve technical issues or non-conformities.

Punch-listing: Perform pre-testing line checks, compile punch lists for incomplete or defective work, and ensure their successful resolution
