China Railway is seeking highly experienced professionals to join our prestigious high-rise building and luxury hotel construction projects.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 20 years of relevant experience
Proven experience in high-rise building construction projects
Proven experience in 4-Star and 5-Star hotel construction projects
Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Important:
Candidates who do not possess both high-rise building experience and 4/5-star hotel project experience will not be considered.
Construction Manager
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all construction activities from planning through project completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Monitor project schedules, safety compliance, and quality control.
Resolve technical and operational challenges during project execution.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations.
Logistics Manager
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement project logistics strategies.
Manage transportation, warehousing, material handling, and site logistics operations.
Coordinate the timely delivery of construction materials and equipment.
Optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce logistics costs.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Manage logistics teams and third-party service providers.
Procurement Manager
Key Responsibilities
Develop procurement strategies for major construction projects.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
Manage procurement schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
Oversee contract administration and supplier performance.
Ensure cost optimization while maintaining quality standards.
Maintain compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
