Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issuances, transfers, and returns.
Verify and reconcile warehouse inventory records with accounting records.
Prepare and process delivery note, invoices.
Assist in monitoring inventory movements and investigate discrepancies.
Perform regular stock reconciliations and support physical inventory counts.
Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN), Delivery Notes (DN), and related warehouse documents.
Update accounting and inventory management systems with accurate data.
Assist in month-end and year-end inventory and financial closing activities.
Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and sales departments regarding stock transactions.
Monitor stock valuation and report inventory variances to management.
Maintain filing systems for invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders, and accounting documents.
Support audits by providing inventory and accounting documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Male only.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of accounting or warehouse accounting experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (ERP/SAP experience is an advantage).
Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
