I am experienced in contractor management, PTW issuance, RFI coordination, PPM planning, snagging inspections, DLP follow-up, facility audits, and preparation of technical, weekly, and monthly reports. I am also proficient in IBM MAXIMO CMMS for maintenance planning, work order management, and reporting.
My experience includes maintaining critical building systems, ensuring compliance with SLA, KPI, and HSE requirements, reducing equipment downtime, and supporting the efficient operation of high-rise commercial facilities.
