We are looking for a skilled and motivated Cyber Security Specialist to join our team and help protect our organization's systems, networks, and data from cyber threats.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents and cyber threats.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls.
- Manage and monitor firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM, and other security tools.
- Perform risk assessments and recommend security improvements.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate security breaches and prepare incident reports.
- Provide security awareness training and guidance to employees.
