A well-established restaurant in Bahrain is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Shawarma Chef to join our team.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in preparing and managing shawarma production.
* Expertise in marination, seasoning, and preparation of chicken and meat shawarma.
* Ability to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency.
* Experience in preparing sauces, appetizers, and kitchen mise en place.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Team player with a strong work ethic and professional attitude.
Responsibilities:
* Preparing shawarma and all related ingredients.
* Managing daily production and quality control.
* Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
* Assisting in kitchen operations and inventory control.
