Job Responsibilities
1.Scope of Services
• Polymer processing materials coordination
• Specialized warehouse support
• Inventory and stock control activities
• Material inspection and verification
• Specialized storage and handling support
2. Detailed Scope of Work
• Inspect returned material stock items and determine suitability for restocking
• Support creation of new stock codes and material verification activities
• Organize and maintain warehouse and yard areas
• Maintain warehouse labeling and traceability systems
• Support inspection and acceptance/rejection of received stock items
• Conduct warehouse audits and follow up corrective actions
• Resolve material discrepancies and stock issues
• Support polymer processing operations and application development activities
3.Skills:
SAP or ERP familiarity
Good English communication
Strong organizational skills
4.Vendor Responsibilities
• Provide qualified Saudi manpower resources
• Manage attendance and replacements
• Ensure compliance with SABIC EHSS requirements
5. SABIC Responsibilities
• Provide workplace and supervision
• Provide operational guidance
• Evaluate personnel performance
6. EHSS Requirements
Vendor personnel shall comply with SABIC EHSS requirements including PPE, warehouse
safety practices, housekeeping, and incident reporting requirements.
