We are currently seeking a **Reservations Agent** to join our hospitality team.
Requirements:
* Minimum **2 years of experience** in hotel reservations.
* Previous experience working in the reservations department of a hotel is mandatory.
* Strong knowledge of hotel booking systems and reservation procedures.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to manage room inventory, rates, and guest inquiries efficiently.
* Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle individual and group reservations.
* Process booking requests through phone, email, and online channels.
* Coordinate with Front Office and Sales teams to ensure accurate bookings.
* Maintain reservation records and update room availability.
* Provide guests with accurate information regarding rates, promotions, and hotel services.
