Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
Fluent in English
Must be legally authorized to work in the UAE
Nationality: Philippine, Syrian, Morroco or Egyptian
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients
Answer and direct incoming calls
Manage appointments and office correspondence
Maintain a professional front-desk environment
Support administrative and office tasks as required
