• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Experience in administrative tasks and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience in inventory management, stock control, and special order follow-up.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
• Ability to manage and follow up on customer inquiries via phone and social media platforms.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with POS systems or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
