Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Specialist/Officer based in Dammam, KSA. The role involves managing procurement processes, issuing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include vendor selection, supplier relationship management, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. The Procurement Specialist/Officer will also be responsible for obtaining competitive pricing and maintaining accurate procurement records.
Candidates with IQAMA are preferrable.
Qualifications
Proficiency in issuing Purchase Orders and managing Purchasing activities
Strong skills in Procurement processes and Contract Negotiation
Demonstrated Analytical Skills to evaluate vendor performance and market trends
Experience in supply chain management or related fields is an advantage
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Familiarity with procurement laws and regulations in KSA
