We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced **HSE Manager** to join our team for a major SABIC project in Saudi Arabia.
### Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in SABIC projects.
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
* NEBOSH IGC (mandatory).
* NEBOSH Diploma, NVQ Level 5/6, or equivalent professional HSE qualification preferred.
* Certified in ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.
* Strong knowledge of SABIC HSE standards, Saudi regulations, and international safety standards.
* Proven experience in developing and implementing HSE policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
* Experience in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
* Ability to conduct safety audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
* Experience in managing large industrial and construction projects.
* Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
* Available for immediate joining.
### Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all HSE activities on the project site.
* Ensure compliance with SABIC requirements and company HSE policies.
* Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
* Lead incident investigations and implement preventive measures.
* Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
* Coordinate with clients, management, and project teams on HSE matters.
