Monitor PIN monthly PMR progress concerning its various aspects (physical, WFMS and PIN
visibility) and take the corrective actions whenever any deviation is notice also to find out the
repetitive equipment fault and plan for repair
Follow up the repetitive failure’s permanent solutions with teams and ASPs,
Manage Project cost control and reporting activities, including project resource management
Overall managing the whole regions related activities, issues, etc. and handle all related tasks
from A to Z,
Manage the available resources to ensure the proper and correctness of delivering the

Responsible for the disposal of TTs from NOC and resolution of problems in time and feedback
within agreed SLA
Responsible for implementation of PM plan and hardware check list, including main equipment’s,
power and DGs and so on

calculation w.r.t installed power sources CP, Solar, DG.
OMO sharing/tenant management
Direct coordination with all tenants’ operators (jazz/TP/Ufone/Zong)
Weekly/monthly meeting with customer & company management
NOC monitoring
Responsible for HSE compliance
Manage Non-MS project like DG OH, site housekeeping, RDG & COW movement
Fueling & OH vendor management
Material & store management
