GS Administrator- \8+ Yrs Experience

GS Administrator- Preffered Filipino nationality.


Requirements:


Minimum 8–10 years of experience in General Services, Administration, or Facilities Management roles.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP system is mandatory.
Experience in industrial, petrochemical, manufacturing, or corporate environments is highly preferred.
Strong experience in managing accommodation, transportation, travel arrangements, gate passes, employee services, and office facilities.
Experience in handling vendor management, contractor coordination, and service agreements.
Ability to supervise and coordinate General Services activities and daily operations efficiently.
Strong knowledge in administrative processes, reporting, and documentation control.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
