Job Title Procurement Assistant cum Document Controller
Location Riyadh
Budget 2000 SR to 2500 SR

Role Purpose
Procurement Assistant & Document Controller, will handle all the Documentation activity for the Procurement department and responsible for assisting Procurement Specialist related to supplier, Inter departments. The role involves planning and coordination of all procurement department activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Segregate, Organize and Maintain all the Documents related to the Procurement department
• Create & maintain all the required list for Traceability
• Maintain procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Collect & maintain all the legal and regulatory requirements in procurement activities.
• Assist the Procurement specialist in sending RFQ’s, receiving Quotations, maintaining the Bid Tabulation.
• Data entry for all related to procurement.
• Maintain the best practices and technology solutions.
• Maintain the reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and key performance indicators provided by the Manager
Experience:
• 0- 3 years in Document control, ideally within manufacturing, structural steel, or heavy engineering/construction.

Technical Literacy:
Ability to read and understand Purchase Request and specifications.
Software Proficiency:
MS Office suite (Word, Excel), combined with hands-on experience using industry-standard ERP software.
Communication:
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate between inter department colleagues & Managers
