SHUTDOWN / TURNAROUND MANAGER

Kan Trust Company Ltd (Saudi Arabia) is seeking an experienced Shutdown / Turnaround Manager to lead large and complex projects in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience with 8-10 years in leadership roles, overseeing teams of over 500 personnel both onshore and offshore. Responsibilities include planning, managing shutdown activities, ensuring safety compliance, and driving project success. Join a team that values safety, leadership, and excellence in execution.

Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
- 8-10 years of proven experience in shutdown or turnaround leadership roles.
- Strong experience managing large shutdown teams (500+ manpower).
- Experience in both onshore and offshore shutdown projects.

Responsibilities
-Plan, lead, and execute shutdown and turnaround projects.
-Manage large-scale shutdown teams with more than 500 manpower.
-Develop shutdown schedules, work scopes, and resource plans.
-Ensure compliance with HSE standards, quality, and safety procedures.
