Requirements:
✔ Minimum 8 years experience in saudia
✔ Good arabic communication skills
✔ Must own a car
✔ Able to diagnose and repair independently at customer home
✔ Selection after interview and practical test
Partnership Terms:
✔ This is a partnership opportunity, not a salary-based job
✔ Initial trial period: 60 days
✔ Spare parts, fuel, and operational expenses will be deducted first
✔ Profit sharing: 70% Company / 30% Technician
✔ Monthly oil change and car wash allowance provided from total sales
✔ Long-term partnership available for successful technicians
✔ Kafala transfer available if required
Fixed salary + commission opportunity also available
