• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project quotations for commercial kitchen projects.
• Design commercial kitchen layouts using AutoCAD and related design software.
• Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings.
• Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, equipment selection, and technical compliance.
• Prepare equipment schedules, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with project, sales, and installation teams.
• Ensure designs comply with local regulations, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Support project execution teams with design modifications and technical clarifications.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in commercial kitchen/Food Service Equipment projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and layouts.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, costing, and tendering.
• Knowledge of brands such as Rational, Hobart, Electrolux, Hoshizaki, Convotherm, etc. is preferred.
• GCC experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
