Comprehensive Work Experience:
Current Role: Chemist / QC in the Medical Device Industry (ensuring strict compliance, sterilization, and product safety standards).
Thermal Insulation Plant: Extensive experience in testing, formulation, thermal properties, and quality control of insulation materials.
PVC Pipes & Plastics Sector: Strong background in polymer testing, extrusion quality control, raw material inspection, and final product standards.
Chemical Manufacturing Plant: Hands-on experience in laboratory analysis, chemical synthesis, process monitoring, and R&D support.
Core Competencies & Skills:
Lab setup, instrument calibration, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Deep knowledge of international quality standards (ISO, ASTM, and specific medical regulatory guidelines).
