📋 Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
✅ Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in construction projects
✅ Proven experience in high-rise building projects is mandatory
✅ Previous experience in 5-star hotel construction projects is mandatory
✅ Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies, design coordination, and project execution
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
✅ Experience working with international consultants and large-scale developments is preferred
✅ Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period
