Key Responsibilities
* Promote and sell construction chemical solutions for waterproofing, flooring, repair and rehabilitation, grouts, anchors, sealants, admixtures, tile fixing systems, and protective coatings.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, project managers, and applicators.
* Conduct regular site visits to identify project opportunities and provide technical support.
* Follow up on project specifications, technical submittals, approvals, and product demonstrations.
* Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and project presentations.
* Monitor project pipelines and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
* Coordinate with suppliers and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
* Achieve agreed sales targets and business development objectives.
* Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and upcoming projects.
Requirements
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction chemicals sales within Bahrain.
* Proven experience with brands such as Sika, BASF (Master Builders Solutions), Fosroc, Mapei, or equivalent construction chemical manufacturers.
* Strong network of consultants, contractors, developers, and applicators in Bahrain.
* Good understanding of construction chemical products and applications.
* Ability to read specifications, BOQs, drawings, and technical documentation.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
* Valid Bahraini Driving License (mandatory).
* Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage.
