Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of package units, cassette AC, split ACs, ducted systems, AHUs, and FCUs.
Ability to diagnose and repair electrical faults in HVAC equipment.
Knowledge of DDC (Direct Digital Control) systems, sensors, actuators, thermostats, and control panels.
Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
Ability to read electrical and control schematics.
Valid driving license is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
Electrical fault finding and repairs.
DDC control system monitoring and troubleshooting.
Preventive maintenance and service reporting.
Ensuring safe and efficient operation of all equipment.
