Take full overall charge of full-cycle construction management for civil projects in Dubai, including building construction, foundation works, diaphragm wall & bridge projects; supervise site schedule, safety, quality control and cost management.
Draft and execute construction methodologies for foundation, diaphragm wall and bridge sub-structure works; coordinate subcontractors and resolve on-site technical bottlenecks.
Communicate independently with clients, consultants and local government authorities in fluent professional English for all engineering & commercial matters.
Candidates with Arabic communication skills are preferred; responsible for daily coordination with local subcontractors, suppliers and labor teams, progress billing & site administration.
Develop construction schedules, weekly/monthly progress reports and cost trackers; allocate labor, material & machinery resources, respond to site emergencies timely.
Comply with local UAE construction codes & HSE regulations, complete project handover, inspection and full document filing.
Job Specification (JS)
Educational Background: Major in Civil Engineering / Foundation Engineering, solid experience in foundation, diaphragm wall and bridge construction management.
Language Requirement: Fluent Business English (Mandatory); Basic to Professional Arabic communication is a strong plus.
Professional Experience: Proven track record as full-cycle Project Manager for civil, foundation or bridge projects in Dubai / Middle East; hands-on knowledge of foundation & diaphragm wall construction techniques.
Open to all nationalities; must be available to join immediately and attend face-to-face interview onsite in Dubai, willing for long-term site residence in Dubai.
Competencies: Experienced in managing multi-national labor crews & subcontractors, familiar with UAE local construction compliance, visa & subcontract administration; strong problem-solving & high stress tolerance for site operation.
