2. Client & Vendor Relationship Management Client Liaison: Coordinate directly between third-party workshops and clients regarding all service, repair requirements, and status updates. Client Relationship Visits: Conduct regular field visits to corporate clients to maintain relationships and ensure service satisfaction. Vendor Management: Evaluate vendor performance, manage ongoing relationships, and assist in onboarding new workshops.
3. Financial & Administrative Control Financial Documentation: Issue accurate repair quotations and final invoices for services rendered. Credit Management: Handle credit management and payment tracking for both clients and suppliers. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate service records, vehicle histories, and job tracking logs.
Job Requirements & Qualifications Language Skills: Full professional fluency (speaking, reading, writing) in English, Arabic, and Urdu is mandatory to communicate with management, clients, and workshop technicians. Role Type: Supervisory/Administrative. No manual or physical mechanic work is required. Mobility: Must possess and maintain a valid Saudi Arabian driving license. (A company car will be provided).
