Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily restaurant and kitchen operations.
* Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.
* Train kitchen and service staff on food safety, hygiene, cleaning procedures, and customer service.
* Monitor staff performance and implement continuous improvement plans.
* Develop and enforce cleaning schedules and operational checklists.
* Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
* Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues professionally.
* Monitor inventory usage and help reduce waste.
* Work closely with management to improve service quality and overall restaurant performance.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations or supervision.
* Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and restaurant best practices.
* Proven experience in training and developing restaurant staff.
* Ability to manage both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Good command of English; fluent in arabic.
* Experience in Indian or Pakistani restaurant operations is preferred.
