China Railway is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Technical Architecture Engineer to join our team for prestigious High-Rise Building and Luxury Hotel Construction Projects.

Senior Technical Architecture Engineer
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
Mandatory experience in High-Rise Building Construction Projects.
Mandatory experience in 4-Star and 5-Star Hotel Construction Projects.
Strong knowledge of architectural design, technical coordination, construction methodologies, and project execution.
Experience working with international contractors, consultants, and large-scale developments.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Navisworks, and other relevant architectural software.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Important Notice
❗ CVs without proven High-Rise Building and 4-Star/5-Star Hotel project experience will NOT be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Review and coordinate architectural designs, drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
Ensure compliance with project requirements, local regulations, building codes, and international standards.
Coordinate with consultants, designers, contractors, and project stakeholders on architectural matters.
Lead technical reviews and resolve architectural design conflicts during construction.
Monitor construction progress and ensure architectural works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical proposals.
Support project management teams in achieving project quality, schedule, and performance objectives.
Participate in value engineering and technical optimization initiatives.
Ensure proper integration and coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project documentation as required.
