We are seeking an experienced Director – Business Development to lead and expand our business operations in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business growth strategies.
Identify and secure new project opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Lead tendering and proposal development activities.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Achieve revenue and business development targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in business development within the construction industry.
Strong network and client relationship management skills.
Proven track record in securing major construction projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory (both speaking and writing).
