• Preventive maintenance of elevators
• Corrective maintenance and emergency repairs
• Regular inspections and safety checks
• Supply and replacement of spare parts when required
• 24/7 emergency breakdown response
• Monthly service reports
Contract Terms:
• Contract duration: 1 year
• Renewable upon satisfactory performance
• Performance review every 6 months
• Maintenance to be carried out by qualified and certified technicians
• Experience with all major elevator brands preferred
Requirements:
• Valid Saudi commercial registration (CR)
• Relevant licenses and certifications
• Proven experience in elevator maintenance and repair
• List of current clients/projects
• Competitive pricing proposal
