Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage machine operators on a daily basis
Plan and monitor daily production targets and schedules
Perform quality inspections and certify finished louvers (dimensions, finish, assembly, etc.)
Ensure products meet company standards and SASO requirements
Maintain production records, quality reports, and documentation
Train and guide operators on best practices and safety procedures
Troubleshoot production issues and improve efficiency
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as Production Supervisor or QC Supervisor in metal / aluminum fabrication, louver, windows, or similar manufacturing
Strong knowledge of quality control and inspection methods
Experience with measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)
Ability to read technical drawings is a plus
Good leadership and communication skills
Preferably experienced with SASO standards or similar quality systems
Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing field (preferred)
Transferable Iqama (for non-Saudis) or Saudi national
