We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations & Business Manager to lead our operations, drive business growth, and ensure the highest standards of safety, service quality, and operational excellence.
He has extensive experience in the following departments:
*- Safety Equipment Rental & Asset Management
*- Rescue Services Management
*- Business Development
*- Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Safety, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial safety services.
Minimum 5 years in a senior management or leadership role In major companies in the Kingdom.
Proven experience in:
Safety Equipment Rental
Gas Detection Systems
Breathing Air Systems
Rescue Standby Services
Industrial Safety Operations
Oil & Gas Support Services
Preferred Certifications
PMI certification
-NEBOSH IGC / NEBOSH Diploma
OSHA Certification
Confined Space Rescue Certification
Technical Rope Rescue Certification
Incident Command System (ICS)
First Aid & Emergency Response Certifications
Required Skills
Strong operational leadership and decision-making abilities.
Excellent business development and commercial acumen.
Proven P&L management experience.
Contract management and tendering expertise.
Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
