Sales Engineer/Lead – Business Development

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
● Identify and develop new customers, projects, contractors, EPCs, consultants, and industrial clients.
● Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
● Build long-term customer and vendor relationships.
● Identify upcoming projects and sales opportunities.
Sales Management
● Manage complete sales cycle: Enquiry → Technical Discussion → Quotation → Negotiation → Order Closure
● Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a sales pipeline.
● Follow up quotations and convert opportunities into orders.
● Prepare sales forecast and opportunity reports.
Enquiry & Estimation Coordination
● Receive and analyze customer enquiries.
● Coordinate with the estimation team for technical/commercial offers.
● Ensure quotation submission within defined TAT.
● Maintain enquiry and quotation records.


Candidate Profile
● Engineering / Business degree preferred.
● 3–5 years experience in technical sales / industrial products (Fabrication/Gratings industry exposure added advantage)
● Saudi market experience preferred.
● Experience with contractors, EPCs, industrial customers.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Self-driven and capable of independent market development.
● Team management capability.
