What We’re Looking For
Strong functional expertise in Dynamics 365 ERP, with a solid grasp of configuration, workflows, and business process alignment
Deep understanding of core modules and processes across Supply Chain, Finance, and Project Management
Proven experience supporting D365 operations in production and project-based organizations
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose, resolve, and prevent user issues
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities—comfortable working with business users, IT teams, and leadership
What You’ll Do
Deliver functional support and system troubleshooting for D365 ERP users
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive system enhancements
Manage and prioritize user requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Help maintain stable, efficient business operations across the Dynamics 365 platform
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, documentation, and user training
