⭐️8+ Years experience in quantity surveying (interior fit out).
⭐️ Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for fit-out projects.
⭐️ Prepare and manage tender documents, subcontractor packages, and supplier agreements.
⭐️Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and commercial updates.
⭐️Identify potential risks, propose value engineering solutions, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
