🎯 Key Responsibilities
📊 Lead full‑cycle project cost control across Engineering, Procurement & Construction.
🧾 Develop & maintain cost baselines, WBS/CBS structures, and integrated cost–schedule S‑curves.
📉 Monitor commitments, expenditures, accruals, ETC/EAC, and variance analysis.
🔄 Manage change orders, claims, and cost impacts in line with strict project governance.
📁 Prepare weekly/monthly cost reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior management.
🤝 Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Planning & Finance teams.
📚 Ensure compliance with high‑level client standards, procedures, and audit requirements.
🧮 Support subcontract cost evaluations, invoice verification, and commercial assessments.
🛠️ Drive cost discipline, risk identification, and corrective action strategies.
🧠 Required Experience & Skills
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
🏆 15–20 years of EPC cost control experience in Oil & Gas.
🛢️ Strong background in high‑compliance energy sector projects (Eastern Province exposure preferred).
📈 Expertise in Primavera P6, SAP/ERP systems & advanced Excel.
📑 Strong understanding of cost engineering, forecasting, EVM, and project controls.
👥 Excellent communication, analytical skills & stakeholder management.
🚧 Must be willing to work full‑time on site in Ras Tanura.
