Role Description : This full-time, on-site role in Riyadh involves operating production machinery safely and efficiently while following established procedures and work instructions. The machine operator will set up, calibrate, and monitor machines, perform routine checks, and respond promptly to any alarms or irregularities in the production process. The role includes assisting with quality control activities, including inspecting products, recording measurements, and reporting any deviations from specifications. Responsibilities also include basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning equipment, using hand tools for adjustments, and supporting continuous improvement and safety initiatives on the production floor. Collaboration with supervisors and team members to meet production targets and maintain a clean, organized work environment is an essential part of the day-to-day work.

Qualifications: Demonstrated ability in Machine Operation and working with industrial Machinery in a production or manufacturing environment. Experience in Quality Control, including visual inspection, basic measurements, and documenting nonconformities. Proficiency in using Hand Tools for minor adjustments, basic maintenance, and safe handling of equipment. Strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members, follow instructions, and report issues clearly and promptly. High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining, manufacturing, or a related field is an advantage. Understanding of workplace safety practices and willingness to follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines. Ability to stand for extended periods, handle repetitive tasks, and lift moderate weights as required by the role. Previous experience in a similar machine operator
