We are hiring experienced Automation Engineers for a leading engineering and electrical solutions organization executing projects across infrastructure, industrial, and oil & gas sectors in the UAE and Qatar.

Automation Engineer (Mid-Level / Senior)

Experience
• Mid-Level: 3–6 Years
• Senior: 6+ Years
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and commission LV switchgear, MCC, and control panels
• Develop and deploy PLC programs (Siemens S7 / TIA Portal preferred)
• Configure SCADA/HMI systems for industrial automation
• Prepare technical documentation, FAT/SAT procedures, and O&M manuals
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams
• Support installation, commissioning, and client training
• Assist in pre-sales activities, BOQs, and technical solution development
• Work with leading OEMs such as Siemens, Schneider, and ABB
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related discipline
• Hands-on experience with PLC programming and panel wiring/testing
• Knowledge of Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, and Ethernet/IP protocols
• Experience with Siemens TIA Portal will be highly preferred
• Exposure to Oil & Gas or heavy industrial projects is an added advantage
• Senior candidates should have experience leading FAT/SAT activities and technical project delivery
• GCC experience is preferred but not mandatory
