Responsibilities:
Answer inbound WhatsApp calls and handle customer queries professionally
Chat with Customer Over Email and WhatsApp
Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and convert them into customers
Explain services clearly with a positive and convincing tone
Maintain customer records and follow a proper workflow
Build strong customer relationships through polite communication
Meet weekly/monthly sales and performance targets.
Requirements:
Strong English speaking and listening and typing skills.
Experience in customer support, call center, or tele sales (inbound + outbound).
Confident personality with excellent communication skills.
Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Web).
Must be able to work on-site in our office.
Bonus Skills:
Experience dealing with international clients.
Familiarity with Email and WhatsApp Business.
