We are looking for an experienced *Road Transport Operations Supervisor* with strong practical experience in *road transportation operations and fleet management*.
## Job Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise daily road transport operations.
* Coordinate with drivers and ensure smooth vehicle movements.
* Monitor transport schedules, routes, and operational activities.
* Handle transportation arrangements and resolve operational issues.
* Ensure timely and efficient transport services.
* Maintain daily transport records, reports, and operational data using *Microsoft Excel*.
* Coordinate with internal teams and drivers for smooth operations.
## Mandatory Experience
* Minimum *2–3 years of hands-on experience in Road Transport Operations / Fleet Operations*.
* Candidates must have practical experience in *road transportation operations*.
* Experience in logistics, warehouse, or other fields only will *NOT be considered*.
## Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of road transport operations.
* Good command of *Microsoft Excel* for reporting and analysis.
* Ability to communicate in *Urdu, English, and Arabic*.
* *Fluent Arabic speaking is mandatory.*
* Valid *Saudi driving license is mandatory*.
## Qualification
* Minimum *Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation)*.

5. ✅ *Experienced candidates with practical Road Transport Supervision experience only*
## Other Requirements
* Valid transferable Iqama.
* Valid Saudi driving license.
* Available to work in transport operations.
* Must be willing to work and reside at the company yard as required.
## 💰 Salary
*SAR 3,000 – 3,500*
