Key Qualifications & Requirements:
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel and ERP Systems.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Fluency in Bengali and Urdu is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage and supervise a large workforce while maintaining discipline and order within the camp.
• Strong operational capabilities with the ability to manage, follow up, and execute camp maintenance requirements.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to organize and coordinate recruitment interviews when required.
• Open to all nationalities.
