Operations & Facilities Head

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and hands-on Operations & Facilities Head to lead day-to-day operations, facilities management, maintenance, and tenant fit-out projects, while ensuring high operational standards across the property.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and oversee day-to-day operations and facilities management activities.
* Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems and infrastructure.
* Coordinate tenant fit-out projects from planning to completion.
* Liaise with tenants, contractors, consultants, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
* Monitor maintenance schedules, operational efficiency, inventory, and stock control.
* Assist in preparing operational reports and implementing improvements where needed.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
* 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in operations, facilities management, maintenance, or tenant fit-out projects.
* Good knowledge of MEP systems, building maintenance, and fit-out processes.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
