Duties and responsibilities

1. Food Preparation & Cooking
• Ingredient Prep: Wash, peel, chop, and measure ingredients before and during the cooking shift.

• Recipe Execution: Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and specific cooking techniques (e.g., grilling, baking, boiling, sautéing) to ensure meal consistency.

• Plating: Arrange and garnish food attractively on serving dishes before it reaches the customer.

• Multitasking: Handle multiple food orders at once while ensuring every dish is timed properly.

2. Food Safety & Sanitation

• Hygiene Compliance: Strictly follow food health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including preventing cross-contamination.
• Temperature Control: Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure ingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption.
• Station Cleanup: Clean, sanitize, and organize workstations, cooking utensils, and appliances before, during, and after each shift
3. Inventory & Stock Management

• Stock Monitoring: Track inventory levels, keep pantry stock records, and notify management or reorder when supplies run low.
• Proper Storage: Label, date, and appropriately store prepared and unprepared food items in refrigerators and freezers.

4. Communication & Teamwork

• Liaise with Staff: Coordinate with waitstaff, chefs, and management to ensure customer orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
• Team Assistance: Assist other team members with food prep, plating, or kitchen cleanup to maintain a smooth workflow during peak service hours.

• Work Experience certificate
• General Trade Certification
• Transferable iqama Valid not expired
• Join immediately
