Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities on site.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Monitor manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve project targets.
Supervise excavation, foundation, concrete, backfilling, and structural works.
Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, QC inspectors, and HSE personnel.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Ensure all work is carried out safely according to HSE regulations.
Monitor concrete works including formwork, rebar installation, pouring, curing, and waterproofing.
Supervise road, drainage, canal, pipe sleeper, lighting pole foundation, fencing, and utility works.
Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.
Resolve site issues and coordinate with subcontractors for smooth project execution.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction equipment and tools.
Plant Construction Experience
Supervised construction of Pipe Sleepers (PBB, B-Type), ELSA, ELSS, PS, AS, and foundation works.
Managed Lighting Pole Foundations and Palisade Fence Installation.
Supervised waterproofing works including Bitumen Primer, Polythene Sheet, Epoxy Coating, and FC Application.
Coordinated surface preparation, shoring, excavation, and backfilling activities.
