Sub Contracting A Work

I have different kinds of work available with me , i want to give it us a sub contractor or i will make a direct contract with the the main contractor. Remaining everything will be discuss in advance before signing the project. The work include currently Mechanical Plumbing , Inter lock Work , tiles , Gypsum board ,paint and Tiles.
