Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and supervise the fiber splicing team and drivers.
✅ Plan daily work schedules and allocate resources efficiently.
✅ Coordinate with clients, project managers, and site teams.
✅ Ensure quality standards, productivity targets, and safety compliance.
✅ Review splicing reports, OTDR test results, and project documentation.
✅ Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of targets.
Requirements:
✔ Strong experience in fiber optic network deployment and splicing.
✔ Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple site activities.
✔ Knowledge of OTDR testing, network drawings, and project reporting.
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
