Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeler with expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and related software tools. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of engineering and architectural principles for buildings and infrastructure projects. Experience in landscaping and utilities is an added advantage. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality technical models and drawings.
Responsibilities:
Apply knowledge of CAD/BIM standards to ensure compliance and accuracy in all deliverables.
Prepare technical drafting and modeling drawings for infrastructure, including dry utilities.
Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines to address design changes and resolve modeling challenges.
Work closely with project engineers to manage information requirements, track project progress, and address potential delays.
Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks and other BIM tools.
Develop engineering drawings based on concepts, sketches, and project requirements.
Utilize BIM software to create and coordinate design documentation.
Provide support to the wet utility team as needed.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Associate Engineering.
Experience:
4–6 years of experience in BIM modeling and drafting.
Age:
25–35 years.

Technical Competencies:
